Editorial Policy of the Journal
An individual issue of the journal may be either general or focused on a specific topic (particular rights, particular constitutional issues); the preparation of special issues of the journal is also permitted, by decision of the editorial board.
In accordance with the legislation of Georgia, a mandatory copy of every issue of the journal is submitted to the National Library of Georgia for the purposes of record-keeping and preservation.
The electronic version of the journal is made available in accordance with the journal's open-access policy, which ensures public accessibility of published works. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite the text of the works, or otherwise use the journal and the works published in it for other lawful purposes, without prior consent from the publisher or the authors.
Each published issue of the journal is assigned a permanent digital object identifier (DOI).
