Ethical Obligations of Reviewers
– Evaluate the work objectively, impartially, and solely on the basis of its academic merit.
– Maintain full confidentiality — they do not disclose the content of works under review and do not use it for personal purposes.
– Immediately inform the editorial office of the existence of a conflict of interest and refrain from reviewing works in which they have a personal, professional, or financial interest.
– Provide a well-reasoned, constructive, and professional evaluation, refraining from personal or offensive comments.
– Observe established deadlines and, if unable to meet a deadline, promptly inform the editorial office.
– Immediately inform the editorial office upon noticing plagiarism, data falsification, or any other suspected ethical violation.
– Do not use the ideas, data, or conclusions of a work under review for their own research without the permission of the editorial office and the author.
