Work on publishing the Collection of Scientific Works of Tbilisi Humanitarian University began in July 2021, when the University announced the first call for article submissions. In 2026, by decision of the Academic Council of 2 July 2026, the updated statute of the journal was approved, which established five subject-area sections and introduced a double-blind peer review system.
