Formatting and Structural Requirements

Before submission, the author must confirm compliance with the following points; failure to comply with the rules may result in the work being returned to the author:

– The author has an ORCID identifier;

– The name, surname, academic degree, and affiliation of the author (co-authors) are indicated;

– The email address and telephone number of the corresponding author are indicated;

– The work has not previously been published anywhere and is not under consideration by another publication;

– The work is prepared in the Georgian and/or English language;

– The file is submitted in doc/docx format;

– The length of the work is 5 pages or more (no more than 15 pages);

– The abstract is prepared in both the Georgian and English languages (100–150 words) and does not contain quotations, tables, or illustrations;

– No more than 5–7 keywords are indicated;

– The formatting and citation rules set out below are observed;

– If artificial intelligence tools have been used (e.g. for language editing), this fact and its extent are indicated in the methodology section of the work;

– In the case of research conducted on humans or animals, the relevant ethics committee (IRB) approval is provided, or the research's compliance with international ethical standards (e.g. the Declaration of Helsinki) is confirmed.

 

Technical Formatting Parameters of the Work

– Format: A4

– Margins: top–bottom — 2 cm; right–left — 2.5 cm

– Line spacing — 1.5

– Text alignment: justified

– For Georgian text — font Sylfaen, size 11;

– For English text — font Sylfaen, size 11;

– Pages are not numbered.

 

Dimensions of Figures, Diagrams, and Tables

– Format: from 90×120 mm to 130×120 mm

– Resolution: 96–150 dpi

– Numbering: Arabic numerals (except where the text contains only a single illustration)

– Title/caption: below the title of the material

 

Titles and Structure

– Article title: bold, centered, 12pt

– Author's name, surname, affiliation: below the title, centered

– Abstract: 100–150 words, in both languages (Georgian/English)

– Keywords: 5–7 items

– Bibliography style: APA 7th Edition

 

Structure of the Work

– Author's/co-author's details — name, surname, academic degree, place of work/study, contact information;

– Article title — centered, no more than 10–12 words;

– Abstract in Georgian and English (100–150 words), in italics;

– Keywords (no more than 5–7 words);

– Introduction (identification of the problem; relevance of the research; research aim; research questions; limitations of the research);

– Research methodology;

– Research results and analysis;

– Conclusions and recommendations;

– List of references/bibliography.

 

Citation and Bibliography Rules

The bibliography is formatted according to APA 7th Edition.
